This Privacy Policy explains how Welltrix ("Welltrix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, app, class bookings, instructor marketplace, and corporate wellness programs (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to individual members, instructors, and employees using a company-sponsored plan.
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, payment details, and profile preferences when you create an account or book a class. We also collect information generated through your use of the Services, such as class bookings, attendance, cancellations, and communications with instructors or our support team.
If you use the instructor marketplace, we collect the preferences you share to help us match you with a suitable instructor, such as experience level, goals, and scheduling availability.
We use the information we collect to operate the Services, including to process bookings and payments, match you with instructors, send class reminders and receipts, provide customer support, and improve our platform. We also use aggregated, de-identified usage data to understand overall engagement trends.
Any health, injury, or physical-limitation information you voluntarily share with an instructor through your profile or before a class is used solely to help that instructor teach you safely. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with a sponsoring employer under a team plan — employers only receive aggregate, non-identifying usage data as described in Section 5.
