These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Welltrix ("Welltrix," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, class bookings, memberships, instructor marketplace, and corporate wellness programs (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, booking a class, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company (for example, to set up a team wellness plan), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, in which case "you" refers to that entity as well as each individual employee who uses the Services under that plan.
If your organization is engaging Welltrix under a paid team plan or a custom engagement, your use of the Services is also governed by our Master Service Agreement and any applicable order form, which take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict regarding that engagement.
The Services are intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if lower), and for the businesses that sponsor wellness access for their employees. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
We may, at our discretion, decline to provide the Services to any individual or entity, or restrict access to certain features, including where required for safety, capacity, or studio-partner reasons.
Welltrix connects people with yoga, Pilates, and movement classes, whether booked individually, accessed through a company-sponsored membership, or matched one-to-one through our instructor marketplace. The specific classes, credits, and features available to you depend on your plan, as described on our Pricing page or in your order form.
We continually develop and refine the Services and may add, modify, or discontinue features, class formats, or studio partnerships at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members and corporate clients of material changes that affect their plan.
To book a class or use the dashboard, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including relevant health or injury information you choose to share with an instructor. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are billed according to the cadence shown at checkout (monthly, annual, or per-class credit packs), or as set out in your company's order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Class cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be credited back to your account. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the associated class credit, consistent with the policy shown at the time of booking.
We may change our pricing for future billing periods, with advance notice provided to active members. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Instructors and studio partners who offer classes through Welltrix are independent businesses, not Welltrix employees. Welltrix is not responsible for the specific instruction, sequencing, or advice given by an instructor during a class or a matched session, though we do review partners against our quality and safety standards before listing them.
Any dispute regarding the quality of a specific class or session should be reported to us through the Contact page so we can review it with the relevant instructor or studio.

Yoga, Pilates, and other movement classes involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing a health condition. You are responsible for informing your instructor of any relevant limitations before class.
Welltrix does not provide medical advice, and nothing in the Services should be treated as a substitute for professional medical guidance. You participate in any class or session voluntarily and at your own risk.
Where an employer sponsors access to the Services for its employees, the employer is responsible for communicating the terms of that sponsorship to employees, and Welltrix will only share the usage data described in the applicable order form and our Privacy Policy — never an individual employee's health information — with the sponsoring company.
All content available through the Services, including our website, app, class libraries, branding, and the "Welltrix" name and logo, is owned by Welltrix or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or, where applicable, internal business purposes.
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content through the Services, you grant Welltrix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Services. You may cancel your account or membership at any time in accordance with the cancellation terms of your plan.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful or unsafe conduct. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 13, 14, and 15) will continue to apply.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Welltrix and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you (or your employer, for a sponsored plan) paid to Welltrix in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Welltrix and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Welltrix is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active members and corporate clients by email or through the Services before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
